An individualized performance program constructed by our performance staff, based off the players movement assessment and mechanical breakdown. Access to all of facility and use of the HitTrax, pitching machines, & TrackMAN.  Motion capture for swings and deliveries are included in this plan as well. Follow up movement assessments included.
